Through the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness and Preparatory Programme, we cordially invite submissions of quotations from suitably qualified individuals with relevant experience to conduct a Capacity Needs Assessment for the GCF Integrated Results Management Framework (IRMF). The purpose of this assessment is to support the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management (MFEM) and its stakeholders in the formulation of a comprehensive funding proposals that are consistent with the updated GCF IRMF. Additionally, it aims to strengthen the monitoring and reporting capabilities for climate-related indicators within the GCF programmes int he Cook Islands.
Submission Deadline: 4:00pm on 7 February 2025 (Cook Islands Time).
Contract Duration: 6 weeks.
