The Procurement Portal Cook Islands (PPCI) website is managed by the Procurement Team within the Major Projects and Procurement Support Division.

PPCI is a web-based portal service to improve the access to Cook Islands Government tender opportunities, procurement policies, Capital and National investment plans and other procurement related activities.

​

The Portal was designed to promote transparency, value for money and fair competition with regards to Cook Island Government Procurement Activities.

​

Registering for email notifications on current tender and latest bidding opportunities will soon be made available via the site.

All Cook Islands Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), are encouraged to publish tender opportunities on the PPCI site.

We are constantly looking to improve government procurement and should you have any queries or feedback about the website, or if you'd like to subscribe to the Procurement Portal to be updated on any new posts.

Enquiries in relation to any listed tender opportunities should be referred to the nominated MDA Contact Officer provided in each tender listing.
