Important Notice to Taxpayers - Update to Revenue Management Bank Account details

Please be advised that, effective immediately, all tax payments to Revenue Management Division (RMD) must be made to our new bank accounts. Please do not use the old account, as payments made there will not be credited to your tax records.
For full bank details, including SWIFT codes for international transfers, please refer to the attached poster.
If you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us on Ph 29-365 or email tax@cookislands.gov.ck.

هل عزل الخزان قبل الصيف يستحق فعلًا؟
كل سنة قبل دخول الصيف أبدأ أفكر في حالة خزان المياه عندنا، خصوصًا أن حرارة الجو في الرياض تكون مرتفعة لفترات طويلة. السنة الماضية لاحظت أن الخزان يحتاج إلى فحص، لكني أجلت الموضوع، والآن أفكر هل من الأفضل تنفيذ عزل خزانات المياه بالرياض قبل بداية فترة الحرارة الشديدة، أم أن الأمر يمكن تأجيله إلى وقت ظهور مشكلة واضحة؟
أحد الأشخاص في النقاش قال إنه كان يعتقد أن العزل مجرد إجراء إضافي، لكنه بعد ظهور تسرب ورطوبة حول الخزان اكتشف أن تأجيل الفحص لم يكن أفضل قرار. وأوضح أن فحص حالة عزل خزانات قبل الحاجة إليه قد يساعد على اكتشاف التشققات أو تلف طبقة العزل في وقت مبكر، بدل انتظار ظهور مشكلة أكبر.
