In September 2018 compared with September 2017:
Visitor arrivals (16,499) were up by 803. The biggest changes were in arrivals from:
- Australia(up 652)
- New Zealand(up 209)
- Canada(up 198).
Overseas trips by Cook Islands residents (964) were up by 4.3%
