Key facts
In December 2016 compared with Decemebr 2015:
Visitor arrivals (13,090) were up 1,970. The biggest changes were in arrivals from:
- New Zealand (up 948)
- Australia (up 531)
- USA (up 364).
Overseas trips by Cook Islands residents (2,327) were up by 23.6%
