Key Facts

 Total arrivals for the month of August 2021 6,174 of which 5,856 which were visitors and 318 are returning Cook Islands residents.

On August 17th 2021, all international bound passenger arrivals into the Cook Islands were suspended, given the increase in the COVID-19 cases detected in New Zealand. See Travel and Border Control Cook Islands for more information.

The total departures for August 2021 was 8.282 of which 376 were Cook Islands residents who left for Education, short term or permanently.
