The Education Sector Partnership arrangement, funded through the New Zealand and Australia Harmonised Program includes primary, secondary and tertiary activities, short term training awards and school refurbishments.
In July 2012 a new Grant Funding Arrangement was signed between the Governments of New Zealand and the Cook Islands for funding of up to $9.525 million for the three years 2012 to 2015. It is assumed that this funding stream will continue after this date at the same rate.
More information on the activities funded by this sector level funding arrangement, including evaluations, can be found on the Ministry of Education website.
